Gill Memorial Library offers free notary services to residents of Paulsboro, NJ.  If you are not a resident, there is a fee of $15.  Your residence should be determined by your state or government-issued ID.

To prepare for your notary appointment please make sure you have:
-government issued photo ID to verify their identity with both a physical description and signature

Please know that the document has to be signed in the presence of the notary. Please note that staff members of Gill Memorial Library cannot serve as witnesses. Please arrange for the appropriate witnesses to accompany you during the notary appointment if a witness is needed.

Gill Memorial Library will NOT notarize:
True copies of birth certificates, passports and other official documents
Documents such as deeds and powers of attorney
